Coaching Philosophy
To be supportive in the whole aspect of the athlete. We all live busy lives, and it is important to ensure that everything in your life goes smoothly as possible. With individualized training plans that are adjustable as needed, I ensure that you are taking care of yourself and not putting too much pressure on things that can be fixed.
Programs/Training Plans
Everyone’s goals are different, and everyone’s events and distances are different. You shouldn’t have a cookie-cutter training plan. I will create an individualized program for you based on numerous factors including, your goals, your current workout plan, your everyday life, etc.
Build Together
The coach-athlete relationship is a process that we build together. We work together to help you achieve your goal and what you are working towards. I am truly invested in you and treat your goal like it is my own.
