Six Weeks is Up: How Did I Do?

Well, my six weeks is up with my nutritionist. Normally we would do another six weeks, especially since I didn’t get to where I wanted to be after the first round. However, we decided that I should stick to the plan we have been doing, and do weekly weigh ins and keep him in the loop. We will be doing this for the next few weeks to see if the weight will start to drop. If not, we will come back together and be more aggressive with my plan and make sure that we are hitting the weekly spots that we want to be at.

With that being said, I did end up loosing both body fat % and weight over this six- week period. Over this time frame I lost about 3% body fat, 6 lbs, and 2 inches around my waist. When writing these numbers down, it makes me feel better about it than I did when I first was reflecting on it. Obviously, you always want to lose more. I could have done more, I know that. I could have been more disciplined and been more conscious of everything I was doing.

I am looking forward to the next few weeks to see what I can do, and where I can go both with my weight and my running. I have felt really good when it comes to running, and starting to get a rhythm when it comes to timing on food.
